I have been selling real estate in the Twin Cities since 1984. I have watched our downtowns transform in to true urban destinations and witnessed some of our biggest suburbs spring up from what was undeveloped land. My knowledge extends past just the houses and the builders, to encompass the communities, history and relative value of each area of the Twin Cities.
My comfort and familiarity with the entire metropolitan area has come from my work with relocating families. Prior to beginning my career in Real Estate I spent 13 years working as a Financial Planner, helping people plan for retirement and managing their investments. Although investments and real estate are entirely different markets, the core of what I do is the same – helping guide and advise our clients on meaningful financial decisions with a focus on service and respect.
I have been a resident of the Twin Cities for most of my life, and have lived in many areas around the Metro, which gives me a great perspective to share with our clients. As the daughter of dedicated Realtor, real estate has truly been a part of my life for as long as I can remember. If you know my partner Carol, it’s easy to see how passionate she is about what she does.
